Caloundra Sites Sold for $1.63 Million
Adjoining redevelopment sites on one of the main thoroughfares of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast have been sold by Ray White Commercial Caloundra for $1.63 million.
The three sites on Bowman Road, Caloundra, were sold by Ray White Commercial Caloundra’s Len Greedy and Alan Gray on behalf of private investors.
“These sites were ideally located across from the Stockland Shopping Centre K Mart car park on busy Bowman Rd,” Len Greedy said.
“Two of the properties were sold to local business operators and the third to a local builder. They will be demolished and redeveloped or undergo major refurbishment.”
Alan Gray said a 607 sqm site at 41 Bowman Rd sold for $460,000 and is earmarked for allied health.
“A 607 sqm site at 43 Bowman Rd was sold for $515,000 while a 607 sqm corner site at 45 Bowman Rd sold for $655,000 and will be transformed into professional offices,” Alan Gray said.
“The owners of the properties were out of town investors who purchased with the knowledge that Bowman Rd with its proximity to the Caloundra CBD and beaches would enjoy strong capital growth.
“Caloundra continues to evolve and with the nearby Aura Caloundra South residential and commercial developments underway, can only gather further momentum.”
