Andrew achieved his Chairman Club status in 2017 (1 of only 5 in QLD), along with his ‘Elite’ title in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018; this is repeat evidence of his strong knowledge of the real estate market and his wealth of sales, marketing and leadership experience.
Andrew is also the Managing Director of the Ray White Caloundra Group, Principal of Ray White Caloundra, Golden Beach, Pelican Waters and Commercial Caloundra, and is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer.
With a philosophy of always looking for better ways to serve his clients, Andrew is constantly implementing new technology within the business to achieve this end. The result is the growth of the Ray White Caloundra Group from 10 staff in 2005 to over 30 staff today.
Prior to his real estate career, Andrew was a Banking and Finance Lawyer with Minter Ellison Lawyers specialising in residential construction finance. This experience has given Andrew an unprecedented understanding of all aspects of project development and therefore an advantage in project sales and understanding the requirements of his developer clients.
