The waterfront home of The Boardwalk Bakery & Cafe at Bulcock Beach on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is for sale through Ray White Commercial Caloundra with an asking price of $1.3 million.

The strata-titled retail asset, which has been leased to the bakery for five years and has a commitment for five years more, is part of the ground-floor commercial component of the Grand Pacific Resort at 8/38 The Esplanade, Caloundra.

Popular venue Alfie’s Mooo Char and Bar is directly above the bakery.

“The bakery is in a highly desirable corner location, directly facing Bulcock Beach and with views across Pumicestone Passage and the boardwalk to Bribie Island,” says agent Len Greedy, who is marketing the property with colleague Alan Gray.
