Bulcock Beach Waterfront Investment for Sale

A freestanding, tenanted commercial building in a premier waterfront location at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast is being offered for sale via auction by Ray White Commercial.

The two level building at 26 Esplanade Bulcock Beach, Caloundra, is being marketed by Len Greedy, Alan Gray and Andrew Garland of Ray White Commercial Caloundra.

Len Greedy said it was the first time the property in the heart of the Bulcock Beach tourist and entertainment precinct has been offered for sale since its redevelopment a decade ago.

“This property is stand alone, free of body corporate fees and charges and has been meticulously maintained with first class, long term tenants,” he said.

“The property is currently generating net income of approximately $376,012 per annum with two secure A grade tenants in the Sandbar Kiosk and Café on the ground floor and Tides Restaurant – Caloundra’s premier fine dining restaurant – on level one.”

Alan Gray said the building offered approximately 601 sqm of net lettable area, comprising 459 sqm of internal space and a 142 sqm external area.

The property will be auctioned at 11am (AEST) on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at The Events Centre, 20 Minchinton Street, Caloundra.
