Coco Loco Club Opens at Moffat Beach

New juice and smoothie bar Coco Loco Club has opened for business in a fully renovated tenancy at Moffat Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

Coco Loco Club owners Emily and David Bundellu have secured the 78 sqm tenancy at 3 Roderick Street, Moffat Beach, in a deal negotiated by Len Greedy and Alan Gray from Ray White Commercial Caloundra.

Mr Greedy said the site had been previously tenanted for many years by Moffat Meats.

“The tenancy has been fully renovated with a new shop front, polished concrete floor and is complimented with an ultra-trendy fit out,” he said.

“The property is located at the eastern end of Roderick Street and is close to the patrolled surf beach and the retail/cafe strip.”

Alan Gray said Coco Loco Club is a smoothie bowl bar offering healthy and delicious protein smoothies, Acai bowls, raw treats, cold pressed juices, muesli bowls and soft serve frozen yogurt.

“All products are served in takeaway packaging but there is also an inspiring and happy space for customers to sit and enjoy,” he said.

“The business owners Emily and David have certainly embraced the enviable Moffat Beach lifestyle.”

Coco Loco Club has taken out a 3 + 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of $39,000 per annum.
