A triple leasing opportunity in Maroochydore offers a prime position on the doorstep of the town’s future state-of-the-art CBD.

Three tenancies are available to lease at 34 Maud Street through Ray White Commercial Caloundra.

Luca Reynolds, who is marketing the properties with Dave Tyson, says the well-known building will offer the chance for expansive multi-fronted signage in the future as part of the Maroochydore City Centre Priority Development Area project.

“As the development progresses, ease of access to the area will improve and new infrastructure will be established, which will boost property values and raise square-metre rates in the future,” Mr Reynolds says.
