Second Sunshine Coast base for White Lady Funerals
InvoCare, a leading Australian services company, has secured a second Sunshine Coast outlet for its White Lady Funeral brand through Ray White Commercial.
The retail premises on a corner position at 1/83 Bowman Road, Caloundra, was leased in a deal negotiated by Alan Gray and Len Greedy of Ray White Commercial Caloundra.
Alan Gray said the Bowman Rd site is the second on the Sunshine Coast for White Lady funerals, complementing the services provided to families and the community by the White Lady Funerals location at Warana.
“This 182 sqm retail tenancy is on a corner location across the road from a McDonald’s restaurant and offers massive exposure to the thousands of cars passing daily,” he said.
Len Greedy said the fully air-conditioned building has plenty of on-site parking plus street parking.
“The open plan tenancy has been modernised and reconfigured, now comprising a reception/waiting room at the front,” he said.
Listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and a member of Ausbuy, InvoCare owns and operates funeral homes, cemeteries and crematoria across Australia, and is a market leader in the provision of funeral and related services.
White Lady Funerals is Australia’s fastest growing group of funeral service providers and it currently has more than 40 locations around Australia. The first White Lady funeral home opened in 1987, offering a unique and distinctive quality of funeral service, overseen by a professional team of women.
The Bowman Rd property has been leased for four years with two four year options.
