A FREE-STANDING industrial building has been snapped up for $1,600,000 on the Sunshine Coast at 41 Production Avenue in Warana.

The asset, that came with a 1,745sq m* total land area, would remain as a transport depot following the sale.

The property was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Caloundra and Sunshine Coast South Sales and Leasing Consultant Brenton Thomas.
